A FEW THINGS ABOUT THE ARTIST

1. What do you do when you’re not making art? (Day job etc...).

The things I like to do most when I'm not being creative are hiking, canoeing, being around flowers and trees... I love visiting botanical gardens.

2. Why do you make art?

I find that when I make art, I get a deeper insight into my own thoughts and feelings with the way I bring an image to life... or by showing expression or movement… or just my perception of something already beautiful.

3. What inspires you?

Being outside around nature, seeing colors or beautiful blooming flowers... with great, great music!

4. What/who are your influences?

My own feelings were inspiring... it was my way of expressing what I couldn't say... what I could/can only feel, the challenge of feeling better with a brush.

5. If you could meet anyone dead or alive who would it be?

I would meet my brother again... along with my grandmother who just passed so we could all talk again over a cup of tea.
